I just got a call from my mom and this is not good at all. My Uncle in North Carolina (blood uncle) has aggressive cancer of the liver and is dying. Most of the family in NYC has flown down there to be with him and my mom and I are considering it now. I just recently got close with him because of years of not really knowing him and he considered like his second son.

That means a lot to me because I dont have a father and my uncle who offered his home and other things for me at a time when I needed it did and now I feel like shit. There is a high likelihood I will be in NC sometime this week. I will let you all know.
